KingSlot Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user (hereinafter "the Player", "User", "you", or "your"), and KingSlot (hereinafter "KingSlot", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://kingslot.cam.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the KingSlot platform — including all games, features, promotions, payment facilities, and customer support services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the KingSlot platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the KingSlot platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's KingSlot Account, inclusive of real-money balance and bonus balance where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload reward, birthday bonus, or other non-cash incentive awarded by KingSlot.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real funds from a Player's external payment source into their KingSlot Account.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slots, arcade titles, lottery products, and any other gaming content available on the platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required prior to processing withdrawals or at KingSlot's discretion.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the KingSlot platform.
• "Platform" means the KingSlot website at https://kingslot.cam, including all associated pages, features, APIs, and mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to online gambling services is unlawful or requires a specific licence not held by KingSlot.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum amount a Player must wager using a Bonus before the bonus or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a Player's KingSlot Account to an external payment account designated by the Player.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on KingSlot, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. KingSlot enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all users in accordance with responsible gambling standards applicable to online casino and betting services. This age restriction applies to all users regardless of location.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to register as users.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of KingSlot is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of an employee of KingSlot or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously banned, suspended, or voluntarily self-excluded from KingSlot or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

KingSlot reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on KingSlot. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use a false identity, a fictitious name, or another person's details when registering. KingSlot reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time.

As part of our KYC obligations and prior to processing any withdrawal request, KingSlot may require Players to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, Passport)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet)
• A selfie with the submitted identity document, where required

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account while logged in — whether by you or a third party — is your responsibility. You must notify KingSlot immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

KingSlot operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, withdrawals, and account balances are denominated in MYR. KingSlot does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via supported Malaysian payment methods, though your payment provider may apply independent charges.

5.1 Supported Deposit Methods

KingSlot currently supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players:

• Online banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online (PBe), Hong Leong Connect
• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), BNB (BSC)

5.2 Deposit Limits

The standard minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. The standard maximum deposit is RM 30,000 per transaction for Malaysian payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30, with no stated maximum, subject to KYC clearance for large amounts.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by KingSlot within a target timeframe of fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. KingSlot does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or network conditions outside its reasonable control.

All withdrawals are subject to KYC clearance. KingSlot reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal at its absolute discretion. Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed where KingSlot has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5.4 Payment Method Restrictions

Funds must be deposited from and withdrawn to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted. KingSlot reserves the right to return funds to the original source of deposit and to require the use of the same payment method for withdrawal where possible.

KingSlot offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP-tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion, which supplement and take precedence over any general bonus terms stated herein.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above only.
• Unless stated otherwise, each bonus may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligible games for wagering contribution vary by promotion and will be specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• KingSlot reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

KingSlot actively monitors bonus claims for evidence of abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, use of automated software, collusion between players, and patterns of play designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in genuine entertainment. Where bonus abuse is detected, KingSlot reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to permanently close the Account(s) involved.

All games available on KingSlot use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. KingSlot does not alter game outcomes beyond the standard published house edge and does not engage in any practices that would result in outcomes that are not genuinely random within the parameters of the relevant game's rules.

KingSlot makes no guarantee that you will win any particular sum of money through use of the platform. All gambling involves risk, and past results are not indicative of future outcomes. You acknowledge that gambling may result in a financial loss and that KingSlot bears no liability for such losses.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error affecting the outcome of a game, KingSlot reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the Player's Account. KingSlot's decision in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the KingSlot platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, games, or support systems.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or suspicious financial activity through your Account.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any exploitation must be reported to KingSlot immediately.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent deposit reversals.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing KingSlot staff or other users.
• Attempting to access other Players' accounts, KingSlot's administrative systems, or any part of the platform not intended for public access.

KingSlot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, posed a fraud or security risk, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon permanent closure of an Account for cause, KingSlot may forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money balance and bonus balance, where the closure arises from a breach of these Terms. In cases where the Account is closed without cause attributable to the Player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting KingSlot customer support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding real-money balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method following KYC clearance where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KingSlot, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress.

KingSlot's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by KingSlot's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

All content on the KingSlot platform — including but not limited to the KingSlot brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of KingSlot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any KingSlot content without prior written consent from KingSlot.

KingSlot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

KingSlot employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect personal and financial data transmitted through the platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies only where necessary and lawful.

KingSlot is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should not be viewed as a source of income. The minimum age to use KingSlot is strictly 21 years old.

KingSlot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, KingSlot will publish the revised Terms on the platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where required by applicable law, KingSlot will provide advance notice of material changes.

Your continued use of the KingSlot platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact customer support to close your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which KingSlot is incorporated. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local laws in their own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and KingSlot, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. KingSlot will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within ten (10) business days of a formal complaint being received.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the matter may be escalated to KingSlot's compliance team by submitting a written complaint via the email address set out in Section 16 below.
